Positively Minty General Data Protection (GDPR) Policy

All information is stored securely on password protected devices.

At the completion of a project, the information would usually be stored if appropriate to assist in any future work I do with you. If you would rather I delete this information when I complete the work, just let me know.

I don’t share your personal data with others without your consent, nor do I bombard people with lots of marketing emails. I will occasionally email people in my address book with opportunities that might interest them. If you would rather not be contacted about a particular programme or topic, let me know and I won’t contact you about it again.

If you want to see the information I hold about you, email me at alastairminty@gmail.com or call me on 07388 397074 and I will supply this information to you. If you want me to get rid of any information I have about you, I will do so and confirm that has been done.

I will occasionally take pictures at events or sessions, to post on Social Media, if you don’t want to be in any of these, let me know and I will make sure you are not in them.

The Positively Minty Website and email are both GDPR compliant in terms of security measures. Cookies would only be used for site functionality and to identify trends in traffic and topics, not directly identify or contact individuals visiting the site.

If there is not a good reason for holding onto data it will be deleted as part of regular data reviews.
